  • Public Profile: Company name, avatar, verification status, reviews, deal count
  • Buyer Link Only: Payment details, shipping address (shared only via your private buyer link)
  • Private: Personal email, verification documents, support conversations

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. Payment and shipping details are encrypted and only accessible through your secure buyer link.

5. Data Retention & Account Deletion

We retain your information for as long as your account is active. Transaction records are kept to maintain the integrity of reputation scores.

Account Deletion: You can permanently delete your account at any time directly within the app. To delete your account:

  1. Go to Settings in the app
  2. Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete Account"
  3. Confirm your password and type DELETE to confirm

When you delete your account, all your personal data, profile information, watch listings, and reviews will be permanently removed. Some anonymized transaction records may be retained for legal compliance and platform integrity.

We use trusted third-party services for:

  • Firebase (authentication and database)
  • Cloud storage (for uploaded images and documents)
  • Email delivery services
