Dealer-ID provides a platform for watch dealers to build verified reputations through logged transactions and reviews. We facilitate trust between dealers but do not guarantee any transactions or serve as an escrow service.

• You may not use the service for fraudulent purposes
• You must be at least 18 years old to use this service

4. Verification Process

Our verification process involves reviewing submitted documents to confirm dealer identity and business legitimacy. Verification status can be revoked if we discover fraudulent activity.

5. Reviews and Content

Reviews must be honest and based on real transactions. We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate our guidelines or appear fraudulent. Users may not submit fake reviews or manipulate ratings.

6. Limitation of Liability

Dealer-ID is not responsible for any transactions, disputes, or losses that occur between dealers. We provide a reputation platform only and do not guarantee the behavior or reliability of any user.

7. Account Termination & Deletion

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or harm the integrity of the platform.

You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page in the app. Account deletion is permanent and will remove all your personal data, profile, listings, and reviews from our systems.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
